CMS Landscape Management is a full-service commercial landscape and grounds management company primarily serving Rock Hill and York County SC. We have recently transitioned to new ownership and are looking to grow. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow along with it.

Crew Members
General maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, laying mulch and other related tasks.
Ability to use equipment and machinery including mowers, blowers, weed eaters, edgers, sprayers.
Must be able to follow directions as well as take responsibility for your work and behavior.
A focus on customer service, high integrity, desire to do quality work and a good attitude are an absolute in this role.
Crew Leaders
All items listed above for a crew member as well as the ability and desire to lead and develop a team through discipline and accountability.
As a crew leader, you will be expected to contribute to the growth of individual crew members as well as to the company as a whole.
Those with leadership experience and / or desire to grow as a leader in the company will be given top attention.
Utility Team
Teammates for this team are expected to perform numerous tasks related to both grounds maintenance as well as landscaping.
Members of this team are expected to handle tasks such as pruning, fertilization, plant removals and installations, clean-up work, mulch installations, and retention pond maintenance to name a few.
Members of this team may be asked to fill in on Maintenance teams when needed.
The ideal candidate for this team would be someone who desires working on different tasks on any given day and is willing to fill in where needed.
*Qualifications for all positions
Minimum qualifications for any role include – ACTIVE DRIVERS LICENSE WITH ACCEPTABLE DRIVING RECORD.
Attendance – full time positions are expected to work five days per week (and some weekends when weather and schedules dictate).
Ability to work outside in various weather conditions, ability to work well with others, listen and follow directions and hold each other accountable.
All applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be able to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
*Preferred qualifications:
Prior experience operating landscape equipment including riding/standing mowers and related landscaping equipment.
Prior experience in general landscaping to include installations of plants and ornamentals, tree work, irrigation service.
Additional plus would be past experience working in non-maintenance roles such as hardscapes, outdoor lighting, pressure washing or any other landscape or property management related field outside of general maintenance services.ting Pay is dependent on qualifications.
Also included are financial incentives including performance bonuses, personal equipment allowance, IRA plan, health and supplemental insurance offerings as well as other fringe benefits.
